li Creating purchase orders and assisting with tracking invoices and orders /li li Managing purchasing transactions which includes tracking and expediting orders /li li Complaint handling and being the first point of contact for shipping issues /li li Communicate with customers and internal departments to answer questions and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner /li /ul
br B Job Qualifications /B : br ul
li Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field /li li 1+ years of experience in a Logistics/Purchasing/Supply Chain department /li li Strong MS Office skills including Word & Excel /li li Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail /li li Good analytical, problem solving & listening skills required /li /ul
