JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Summary
Matthews Environmental Solutions, a division of Matthews International is seeking candidates for an an entry level position to provide assistance in working with and developing existing customers. Some time will be used to identify and develop potential new accounts as an opportunity to grow both the business and personally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Manages existing customer base in sales territory for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
*Manage client(s) via physical meetings and conference calls, etc
*Makes regularly scheduled sales calls to existing accounts as required and agreed upon with customer
*Work with client(s) to establish schedule and actively drive program milestones
*Identifies and capitalizes on growth opportunities in existing accounts.
*Identifies target accounts in sales territory.
*Develops and executes plan to convert target accounts into customers.
*Increases pricing in all product lines on an annual basis.
*Establishes annual price increases with all customers.
*On quoted orders, uses corrugated quote guide and provides quote to customer service with the incoming order.
*Manage the project deliverables
*Obtains purchase orders from customer and provides to customer service with the incoming order.
*Coordinate artwork production / deliverables with the design teams
*Reports customer problems, disputes or any issues of significant concern to branch management and participates in the timely and satisfactory resolution of such matters.
*Submits weekly sales call reports or weekly updates as required by supervisor.
*Forecasts revenue progress weekly
*Ensures all customers pay within established payment terms and keeps all customers off the over 60 day list.
*Manages selling expenses within established budgets and submits expense reports on a timely basis.
*Achieves annual sales budgets as agreed upon with branch management.
*Strives to increase sales in territory by a minimum of 10% each year

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
State driver's license required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to successfully work with all Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Must be able to travel 10% of the time
