Dewberry is currently seeking an Entry Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to support public and private sector and industrial water and wastewater process design projects. This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join a team of outstanding professionals, and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems. We're looking for client focused candidates with strong technical and consulting skills.","B.S. Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering is required. M.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering field is preferred.
Successful completion of the EIT exam preferred.
0 to 3 years' experience with increasing levels of technical progression and client responsibilities.
Strong competence in Excel applications related to biological treatment and digestion unit process modeling and data analysis.
Ability to design and perform bench scale and pilot scale treatability studies.
Ability to diagnose treatment plant performance and optimize operation of treatment plant facilities.
Ability to work with and train wastewater treatment plant operators.
Ability to perform technical and economic feasibility studies.
Ability to develop concept level design documentation and support detail design activities.
Ability to assist with Clean Water Act permitting activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
