The Environmental Care Assistant cares for the patients environment to ensure their safety and comfort, and transport patients within the Campus as needed. Responsibilities include cleaning the general common areas of the nursing unit. Insures patient area is neat and sanitary, daily and cyclical cleaning of assigned patient rooms and bathrooms, ensuring they are neat and sanitary, as well as cleaning kitchenette, utility and med-rooms. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of experience preferred in one of the job skills incorporated in this position. Full-time 40 hours/week Days/Weekends
