. Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 2 for the Philadelphia, and South New Jersey Areas, with the possible travel to other parts of the country. This is position will support new sales, and existing accounts in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient and customer satisfactions. This position will require various shifts, at different location, with some required rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to General Manager at each location. Position Summary Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area.
