Sodexo is seeking a Operation Manager 2 / Training Manager for Environmental Services for Pinnacle Health System which is located in Harrisburg, PA Scope of services will be to train and focus the Environmental services / Housekeeping staff on Patient and Customer Service, CARES, FOSS, operation excellence training and employee development. Other training may include safety, diversity, and company and client initiatives and programs. This person will also work with HR to support other training functions at multiple accounts within Pinnacle Health system. Ideal candidate will have training experience in a like environment. Best qualified candidate will have prior experience with technical skill and leadership behavioral based training, individual skill assessments, performance planning and evaluation with individual and large groups. Position will deliver training programs, utilize Sodexo Health Care or industry subject experts when needed, coach and mentor individuals on an on-going basis, and support Human Resource policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills and prior training experience. Experience with TRAKKAR a plus... Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Identifies training needs. Understands training resources in Division. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Sign on Bonus may be available. This is a Day shift position, with some alternate weekends. This position reports to a General Manager on - site. . Position Summary Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
