Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Operations Manager 3 for Riley Childrens Hospital, which is part of Indiana Universty Health system, located in Indianapolis, IN. This pediatric hospital has 300 beds. This is a 1st shift opportunity (8am start time). The successful candidate will be required to participate in a rotational on call schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays. This Environmental Services/Operations Manager will lead and develop 100 team memebers. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) on-going training, quality inspections, compliance, safety and finances. The ideal candidate will have prior ES/Custodial Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships. Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities at once in a fast paced environment. Position Summary Provides supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.
