Primary Characteristics
This position will manage delinquent Condominium/Co-Op portfolio, including foreclosure actions, Manage and settle Title Issues and legal violation notices.

Essential Functions
* Responsible for reviewing and handling responses for Legal Proceedings on Code Violations, Property Condemnation Sale Notices, Tax Sale notices, Defaulted Condominium / Cooperative Fees Owed, Outstanding HOA fees
* Responsible for ensuring proper legal action is taken to protect investment interest to avoid loss of property through tax sales, violations, condominium/co-op foreclosures, etc., which may include attorney referrals
* Review title policies and other loan documents to resolve Lien Title issues, which may include filing title claims and indemnification notices
* Disbursement payments to various associations for delinquent condo/co-op fees in order to avoid foreclosure action
* Generate delinquent notifications to customers and make collection efforts/repayment arrangements on advanced funds
* Responsible for writing chronologies and creating concise spreadsheets explaining payment histories on loans that require submitting Repurchase and / or Charge-Off requests to Investors and or previous servicers
* Assist manager/lawyers with special projects
* Assist management in regulatory applications, notices and requirements
* Coordinate insurance related matters
* Help manage system and operational interfaces between legal and business units

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirements)
* Knowledge of MSP Workstation
* Independent problem solving
* Proficient research skills
* High level of written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency on Word, Excel, and Internet
* High level detail required
* Must have a high level of organization and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to interact with various levels of management and outside legal counsel

Training and Experience
* Undergraduate degree preferred
* 2 plus years Foreclosure Processing experience
* 1 plus years of Default Servicing experience preferred
* 1-3 years of project management experience preferred
* Established research skills
