JOB DESCRIPTIONAre you seeking a fast paced organization that offers a unique, highly satisfying work experience? If so, your search stops here! Software company seeking Escrow/Title clerk to be the Escrow Subject Matter Expert for both our clients and our software development team.?
This position serves as a primary representative of the organization and must convey a sense of expertise, serve as a key educator of customers, and provide support of our software. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism at all times while providing support in accordance with the company standards to ensure the customer needs are completely fulfilled.?
Qualifications and Duties:?
? 2 or more years of experience in either the title department, escrow department, either with a mortgage company or title company.?
? Have knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to closings is a plus?
? College education is preferred
? Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.?
? Providing excellent customer service to identify issues, workarounds, and/or fixes for problems which impact business operations.?
? Assisting with testing and troubleshooting issues and translate between customers and developers.
? Work in a team oriented environment. ??
