JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Escrow/Title Assistant Position Features immediate for multiple positions.
Seeking someone that communicates professionally with all customers. Strong customer service orientation and detail orientation. Excellent verbal communication. Problem solving skills. And strong organizational skills will be keys to success in this growing, prestigious, well-known, dynamic, stable, Fortune 500 organization.
Will be responsible for supporting both the Escrow and Title departments on a National Platform. Provide customer service to customers and Lenders. Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist in the processing of the escrow process. Communicate with customers and vendors on a regular basis providing status updates. Responsible for pre-close maintenance and follow up on any title issues.
Training will be provided.
Must have ability to report for assigned shift (12pm to 9pm).
The shift is not negotiable and will not change after being brought onboard.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience industry experience; Escrow and Title.
