Your day-to-day: Other duties may be assigned as needed. * Conducts treatment consultations and provides guidance and wellness advice to clients. * Maintains the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization. Replaces linens as needed so that the room ready for the next client. * Assists Spa in activities including staff meetings, promotions, clean-up and housekeeping duties. Contributes to self-marketing strategies. * Linen responsibilities. * Conducts services as listed in the Spa Menu unless otherwise indicated by Spa Manager. * Presents a professional, well groomed appearance; provided uniforms must be worn at all times in the Spa and must be laundered and pressed. * Works effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions. Specific experience we're seeking: * A current valid State massage license required. Prefer a minimum of 2 years of previous technical experience. * Excellent customer service skills * Team player and flexible schedule QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
