Job Description Summary: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from beginning to end, with involvement and responsibilities adapting as this process progresses. The primary responsibility is assist with the transition from sales to events after contract is signed, and to be the main point of contact in the time leading up to event to coordinate details and ensure excellent service delivery. Although the Event Coordinators primary focus is on the support, detailing, planning, and delivery of contracted events, this position will also support The Venue sales team as needed, in a manner that will not impede customer and event satisfaction.
