Handle Wedding Leads program, answer emails, and telephone inquiries from all websites City/Wedding Wire/ CEvent. Send out all packages and information Do two follow up calls to Qualify and do Turnover to DOC Provide clerical and administrative support to the Catering & Events team including filing, sending emails, answering telephones, faxing, word processing, photocopying, mail distribution. Answer guest questions about the property, facilities and services (i.e. hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Assist Meeting Planners with outside activities and logistics Enter data into computer programs and databases, assist with contracts, proposals, banquet event orders, correspondence, forms, memoranda, presentations, reports and other documents. Assist with Comp set information and updates of Comp set Menus for Catering Marketing Plan Assist with Day of Wedding operations . Assist with arranging and conducting special events, site inspections Maintain office supply inventories, including collateral and gifts, and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Perform any related duties, or assist in other departments as assigned by supervisors.
