JOB DESCRIPTIONNeed an experienced Exchange administrator to work as a member of a team providing first level technical support for Outlook 2013 and 2016 in a hybrid on-premises and Office 365 environment. This team supports over 12,000 email users, and received questions, change requests and problems from a centralized problem reporting group and a generic mailbox, as well as direct assignment from other technical groups. This person will also be performing regular tasks related to the monitoring and upkeep of an Exchange 2010/2016 hybrid environment.Must have at least 3 years experience in creating, changing and removing Outlook email profiles in an Active Directory environment.Must have at least 3 years experience with Exchange distribution lists, address book administration, and generic mailbox administration.Must have at least 5 years extensive experience with the Outlook client and all features and functions contained therein.Must have at least 1 year experience administering Office 365/Exchange Online, including migrations, transport rules, mail flow, security and protection.Must have familiarity with Active Directory, group policies and permissions.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate with other team members, document new problem resolutions for the rest of the team, be ready to help other team members when needed, and ask for help at the appropriate time.Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with end users at all levels
