THE COMPANY

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Executive Assistant will remotely support the Dermpath Diagnostics' sales leadership team from the Quest Diagnostics headquarters in Madison, NJ. This position will support the Executive Director, Area Sales Directors, and the Director of Sales Planning and Operations. This position will provide general office administrative support, including scheduling, event planning, and assistance with managing documentation and metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manages scheduling and calendars for key sales leaders
*Composes correspondence for leadership review, based on knowledge of sales activities
*Assists with event planning for key sales meetings, including our annual National Sales Meeting, regional sales meetings, leadership meetings, training, and recruiting efforts
*Regularly travels to offsite meetings and events to provide administrative support
*Assists with researching event venues, making event recommendations, booking meeting locations, securing necessary resources, building agendas, and managing event communications
*Schedules travel for sales leadership and external guests
*Manages ordering of marketing, training, and other print and virtual collateral for the sales force
*Assists with tracking metrics and prepares special analyses/reports
*Assists with record management and document retention; serves as key administrator for Microsoft Sharepoint sites, shared drives, and email distribution lists
*Manages expense reporting
*Ensures that requests for action are executed or delegated in a timely fashion
*Uses greater judgment and initiative to address non-routine situations and requests
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum 5 years administrative experience supporting senior management
*Able to travel via air and/or car to support key meeting events 10-15% (approximately 1 week of overnight travel per quarter)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor's degree
*More than 5 years administrative experience supporting senior management
*At least 2 years administrative experience within the healthcare industry
*Strong experience in building relationships and collaborating with others across multiple levels of the organization
*Highly flexible and responsive to changing business requests in a dynamic environment; ability to effectively multi-task
*Ability to proactively research, problem solve, and work independently in supporting a remote leadership team
*Strong proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Sharepoint
*Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
*Uses good judgment in making decisions and recommendations
