The operations Executive Assistant is responsible for proactively coordinating with the Executive Director on managing projects, conducting research and assisting with operating more efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or presentation software;
- Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether practical improvements can be made in areas such as work flow, reporting procedures or expenditures;
- Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees;
- Provide support in the preparations of presentations/briefings/point papers and correspondence.
- Conducts research and data analysis on customers and competitors utilizing FPDS, GovWin, InsideGov, USA Spending, and SAM.gov in order to enhance our ability to win contracts
- Research information on business processes and program and makes recommendations
- Format, review, and update any recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual, and cumulative annual reports
- Execute special projects as requested to include financial reports on individual travel expenses, research on best practices.
- Supports the ANG Executive Team in areas of Quality Assurance as required on ISO and CMMI implementation and continued improvement
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Executives and committees
- Support ANG Executive Director during meeting recording minutes and preparing official meeting minutes
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be organized and detailed-orientated with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties requiring access to financial or personnel information within daily duties access;
- Knowledge of office administration;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrate sound work ethics;
- Ability to relate well to the public, in person and on the telephone;
- Demonstrate sound work ethics;
- Able to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritize multiple requests; while maintaining high level accuracy in preparing and entering information;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Very effective office organizational and time management skills;
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful, cultural awareness and sensitivity, flexible, diplomatic, tactful, creative, discreet, resourceful, dependable, well-organized and professional;
- Required to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers which may cause muscle strain. Some lifting of supplies and material is required

- Bachelors Degree
