JOB DESCRIPTIONspan I’m recruiting to find the Executive Assistant with the best experience and who is willing to grow the most! I am partnering with an amazing company to fill their open Executive Assistant job in Downtown Portland, OR. You will work with a family-oriented company that serves a specific population. To qualify, you must possess at least five (5) years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to a CEO of a company. This company provides its employees with a positive work environment, and the benefits of working for the greater good. You will work in a casual environment; jeans are acceptable. This is a temporary 4-6 week assignment, that would be great experience for a good candidate. You will be compensated between $23-$27 hourly, depending on your level of previous experience. br br B Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant job: /B br ul
li Managing the CEO’s personal and professional calendars: scheduling appointments, coordinating, meetings, etc. /li li Managing expenses and processes expense reports /li li Maintaining budgets /li li Serving as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO /li /ul
br B Your qualifications will include: /B br ul
li At least five (5) years of previous experience directly supporting an executive or executives /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li li High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel /li li The ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment /li /ul
