Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant job include:
.Manage calendars for multiple executives
.Book multi-segment domestic and international travel
.Obtain visas for managers working internationally
.Maintain expenses for the team in a timely manner
.BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Management
.2-5 years of Program Coordinator experience
.Demonstrated skill in Microsoft office programs and/or Google Docs
Pay is $25-30/hr based on experience.
