Under minimal supervision, performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative
duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational
policies and practices. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. and initiates some
routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda. Makes meeting and travel
arrangements. Composes varied to somewhat complex letters and memoranda and screens
telephone calls. Assists in budget preparation and control activities. Assists in the preparation
and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior-level internal and
external contacts and regular exposure to high-level confidential data. Completes special
studies and projects as assigned. Typically reports to and provides services for one or more
Provides a wide variety of complex administrative and staff support services.
Relieves the organizational unit of administrative work and project details where appropriate, including preparing varied to complex reports, typing documents, filing, answering questions regarding the organizational unit procedures and processes, screening phone calls as appropriate, etc.
Assists with high-level confidential projects, which may include creating supporting documentation such as graphs and charts.
Assists in the preparation and control of a variety of office records, statistics and reports regarding operations, personnel, etc.
Schedules, coordinates and maintains calendar and travel itineraries. Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
Serves as administrative liaison within or outside the company regarding administrative issues related to the organizational unit assigned.
Assists in the budgetary process for the organizational unit.
Performs other duties as directed.
* At least five years of administrative experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* MS Office proficiency.
* Previous legal administrative support experience is ideal.
* Ability to multi-task.
