Executive Assistant for Human Resources department. The selected candidate will support and respond to administrative needs of the Executive Vice President and be involved in all aspects of cost control, department communications, and operations. This challenging and rewarding position will involve the following specific responsibilities: - General administrative support including processing mail, drafting correspondence, ordering office supplies, and coordinating travel for manager - Assist with annual budget process - Review and process payroll, monthly financial reports, billing, and credit card statements - Organize and coordinate department meetings and special events - Maintain electronic and hard copy department files Requirements ? 5+ years of recent experience providing dedicated support to a senior manager ? Self-motivated and able to work independently ? Strong analytical, organization and time management skills ? Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects in a fast paced environment ?
