THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Heavy calendar management within Outlook

* Heavy personal errands and varying levels of personal projects

* Process expense reports

* Research and complete long term projects

REQUIREMENTS
* College degree

* Ability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the people or team you support (some nights/weekends will be required, as well as travel up to 25% of the time to Palantir s domestic and international offices).

* Extremely well organized with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Attention to detail in written correspondence

* Excellent computer skills

PREFERRED
* At least one year of support experience, preferably in a start-up environment with prior personal assisting experience

* Knowledge of all Microsoft programs

* Complex international and domestic travel itineraries

* Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting via Concur
