Executive Assistant -
Non-profit located in Washington, DC is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of their C level managers. Some of the responsibilities include maintaining calendars; arranging internal and external meetings; making frequent travel arrangements to include transportation and lodging; preparing meeting materials; and submitting expense reimbursements. Requirements include 3+ years? experience providing support at an executive level; the capability to juggle multiple projects and be highly organized; and be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Bachelor's degree and previous experience working in a non-profit environment is preferred.
