JOB DESCRIPTIONEXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS and OFFICE MANAGERS - Immediate need, interviewing / hiring this month, for all experienced candidates in the following industries: healthcare, entertainment, non-profit and asset management companies:
Must have the following experience:
* 2 to 5 years of recent and progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or an Office Manager.
* Must have experience making travel arrangements, domestic and international preferred (but not necessary).
* Processing expense reports.
* Microsoft Office Suite - Immediate to advanced level in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
