JOB DESCRIPTIONGrowing and Dynamic company looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Department.
Someone who has supported a marketing department would do well in this role. Performs executive and administrative duties for the CEO and VP of Marketing. Will answer phones, heavy excel spreadsheets, calendaring, travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, get lunch for the office, manage and maintain executives schedule. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, vendor statements of work, and reports. Develops and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the executive office. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Minimum 1 year supporting a marketing department or similar
-Minimum of 3 years working in an Administrative or Executive role
-Associate or Bachelors preferred. High School Diploma or GED Minimum
-Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
-Must have excellent telephone skills
-Computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and InDesign experience a plus
-Good communication skills, excellent verbal and written skills
-Results driven, Organized, Team Player
-A positive, sociable person
-Highly motivated and able to take direction
