The Culinary leader within the Resort, managing daily operation of kitchen(s). Food service safety and sanitation certified. Develops and manages a defined food program to set standards. Understands the importance of organization, time management, cleanliness and punctuality in regards to paperwork, meetings, deadlines and returning phone calls. Ability to receive direction and act upon it. Adheres to Gateway Canyons ' Food & Beverage Guidelines. Has a minimum of 2 years management experience. Possess technical ability and knowledge to give direction to staff and act on it. Will work in united direction with Senior Management, Managing Director, culinary and service staff in regards to operations, standards and character of restaurant. Has an ongoing vision for all outlets.
