Southpark Seafood is a locally owned restaurant located in the heart of downtown Portland. We are seeking a skilled candidate with a minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in an operation that is highly reputable in the community. The ideal individual will be a team player with proven leadership skills and the ability to execute creative menu ideation for our daily changing small plates menu using fresh local sustainable ingredients as a focus. Quality production and final execution, portion control, costing, inventory management and labor skills a must. Our goal is to increase sales through creative, quality food execution and to drive profit while cultivating a strong team spirit and foster development and promotion from within.
