The Executive Chef will be responsible for Staffing, Supervising, Forecasting & Budgeting, Purchasing, and P&L Review. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all menus using corporate specs along while using creativity to meet our clients budgetary guide lines and expectations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all Food & Beverage controls for the entire operation. The Executive Chef will ensure all safety procedures and cleanliness pertaining to all F&B and corporate standards. This position is a hands on position and will require to work and cook for all banquets, room service, & restaurant.
