As part of the Total Rewards team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective and accurate design, delivery and implementation of executive compensation programs.
You'll perform competitive benchmarking analyses to evaluate and ensure compensation programs for executives are competitive.
Participate in third party surveys for executive compensation.
Serve as an internalconsultant to senior leaders on executive compensation matters such as salary offers, sign-on and retention bonuses.
Write executive level job descriptions and works with external consultant to evaluate new and/or revised positions.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Familiarity with HR systems
5 to 7 years of executive compensation, compensation or related experience.
Strong data analysis and technical skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft application including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
