Job Description

We are presently seeking experienced Executive Delay and Cost Experts throughout the United States to provide construction claims expert services. DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Preparation of expert reports and presentations
-Evaluate project schedules and cost records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays and cost overruns
-Perform analysis and identify inefficiencies and other issues
We are looking for Executive Consultants with a background in the following:-Power
-CPA
-Mechanical/Electrical
-Structural; Paving
-Transportation
-Plumbing
-Spanish-speaking Claims-HealthcareRequirements:
-Eight to twelve years experience required providing project scheduling or cost analysis and/or consulting services in the architectural/engineering/construction industry
-Experience in; construction claims analysis, dispute resolution, and expert witness testimony
-Construction related management and supervisory experience desired along with superior verbal and written communication skills-Delay experts: Individual must be degreed in engineering, architecture, or a related BS degree in a construction field plus CCM, PE, or RA preferred-Cost experts: BS/BA in finance/accounting is required plus CPA, CCC, CCE, CFE, CFCC, or FCPA preferred-Travel necessary http://www.hillintl.com/employment/everify/index.html Hill International is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
