EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Assisted Living/Memory Care Your story continues here.... Work for the Nation's leader in AL and Memory Care Ideal candidate: * Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Director or Administrator in Assisted Living or Long Term Care. * Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred. * Prior Memory Care experienced required. * Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget. * Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates. * Must have active Indiana Healthcare Facility Administrator License (HFA) or Residential Care Adinistrator License (RCA). *Leads by example and manages by walking around. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. The Executive Director will implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction while. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
