JOB DESCRIPTION Lead the organization's creative strategy and effort for a full-service internal agency that spans audio, video, print, digital and new media. Responsible for all creative operations for the organization. Direct a large team of creative management professionals. Cast a vision that ensures innovation and effectively supports the creative needs of World Vision U.S. Collaborate effectively with partners and clients across the organization. Serve as senior-level client contact. Help carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Extensive experience in successfully leading the strategy and managing large teams within the creative process. Must have a demonstrable knowledge of database, relational and direct response marketing. Requires a solid understanding of strategic resource allocation and the drivers of profit and loss. Familiar with the methodologies, software and digital/internet capabilities that help an organization manage customer relationships (CRM). Must be able to demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
