EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF The Club is presently hiring an experienced Executive Pastry Chef. The successful candidate will be part of a team with responsibility to keep up with a high volume banquet facility as well as pastries and bread for 3 full service restaurants. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience: Baking and/or Pastry Degree (Associate or Bachelors degree) required A minimum of 5 years work as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a top private club, resort, star restaurant or hotel setting. A career path marked with stability, accomplishment and a logical progression of title and responsibility in the Pastry field Experience and achieved competencies in both quality banquet and A la Carte pastry settings A working knowledge of a variety of pastries, desserts and bakery products, including strong display skills Committed to Professional Development and Education Impeccable references Compensation based on experience This is a career oriented position and a valuable part of the culinary management team.
