Executive Producer, Online Marketing - Rypple

The Executive Producer – Online Marketing will own the production of Rypple’s new marketing web presence. The Executive Producer will possess solid experience in web production, and consummate knowledge of state of the art web technologies. Using their broad experience they will be able to efficiently lead and manage the resources necessary to launch a world class web experience that is both impactful and well optimized for lead conversion.

The Executive Producer will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that the web experience is aligned and optimized with a freemium web product’s first time user experience. They will be comfortable at building a state of the art web marketing infrastructure which includes robust web analytics and marketing automation that provides clear visibility from click to close.

In addition to being a versatile player on a fast moving team, the Executive Producer must be an effective communicator with an eye for fantastic creative work, and top of class engineering. The Executive Producer must also champion innovation, accommodate brand messaging, and work with the online marketing team to build an marketing engine that produces qualified leads through content marketing and automation.

The Executive Producer will report the Director of Online Marketing, Rypple.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with web design and production vendors to produce web products under tight deadlines.

Work across product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that document requirements and ensure they are met.

Work with cross functional teams to conceive, design and launch new web products

Own and champion the user experience

Build wireframes and site maps (IA) as needed

Define innovative, relevant, and highly effective web experiences

Implement top of class web analytics and targeting program.

Implement marketing automation to fuel a world class inbound content marketing program.

Manage the myriad requirements of high-profile product rebranding.

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelors from 4 year college/university

4+ years experience managing or developing web sites.

4+ years experience hand-coding semantically correct CSS and HTML

Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with web design tools such as Adobe’s Creative Suite

Strong understanding of Internet best practices and standards

Strong understanding of marketing automation and web analytics technologies.

Consummate understanding of Responsive Web Design and web design for consumption on mobile devices.

Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage a high-profile web project from conception to completion.

Knowledge and experience with building highly secure websites.

Desired Skills:

CRM and/or enterprise software experience highly desirable

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent writing and editing skills

Ability to troubleshoot technical problems logically and systematically

Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously

Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy.

PMP or similar project management certificate/training
