Job Description

We are a top twenty five executive search firm that focuses exclusively on executive level retained search assignments. As the demand for senior executive talent swells our firm is well positioned to take advantage of this industry expansion. Consultants at our firm have either prior executive-level recruiting background or MBAs from top business schools and come to our firm with a range of different business experiences, including management consulting, product marketing, financial services, and technology services. What they all have in common are comprehensive business acumen, well honed communication skills, and a natural ability to influence clients and executives at the highest levels within an organization.

We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, with an international presence in Melbourne, Australia and Santiago, Chile. We are looking to hire one new Consultant for our Beverly Hills office and are also open to a telecommuting or remote working arrangement. Ideal candidates for the Consultant role will meet the following qualifications:

At least 10 to 15 years of prior recruiting experience, preferably with a retained search firm at the executive level.
Track record of achievement in recruiting top-level executive talent.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
Ability to add value in a process-centric environment.
Ability to lead and deliver within a team environment.
Ability to generate and create new business opportunities.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.About Our Company:
