We are seeking a talented and highly motived Executive Sous Chef for our Club. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who has a passion for high quality cuisine and can support all aspects of a high end and busy kitchen. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food along with proper food safety and sanitation procedures. It will be a flexible schedule our restaurants are open daily, which requires early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
