We have an immediate need for Experienced Electronic Quality Assurance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION.

M & T, a division of CDI Government Services, is seeking an experienced Electronic Quality Assurance Technician to work at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL. Our benefits for this direct position includes vacation and holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, and 401 K.

This Quality Assurance Tech position involves inspecting materials and components for DoD aviation and support equipment to make sure that they adhere to acceptable Electronic Assembly Standards.

Job Description:

* The position entails inspection of materials, components and subassemblies for conformance to product specifications in an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System environment.
* Performing inspection of materials and products for conformance to specifications, using mechanical measuring instruments and some electrical test equipment.
* Ensuring materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance and are not irregular or damaged.
* Interpreting vendor data sheets, part/assembly drawings, schematics, wire lists,
* Inspect various electronics and hardware items for compliance to commercial and military standards to

Requirements:

* High school diploma or its equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience in the Electronics field performing acceptance / receiving inspections or in a related capacity.
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Quality Assurance field. (Proficiency with Electrical Test Equipment and mechanical Measuring instruments.)
* Experience ensuring products adhere to such standards as IPC-A-610, etc.
* Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, and will work under immediate supervision.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with Deltek's Costpoint MRP system is
* Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2, and J-STD-001 is a plus.

Note: Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires U.S Citizenship.
