JOB DESCRIPTIONWell known company has a need for a Export Documentation Customer Service Representative.
**Bilingual Spanish a plus**
Handling the booking, rates, and quotes. Individual hired will be handling all of the document as it pertains to Ports. Accuracy is a must. This role will act as the liaison in-between the carrier, and Agent. A demonstrated track record with export documentation. Ideal individual should have export industry experience and understand shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Excellent customer communications. Will do Export documentation, for various countries, primarily though Latin America. Must understand logistics, shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Excellent communication is a must.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience, Team player, Strong oral/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Initiative and strong work standards, Attention to detail, Planning and analysis skills, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, Strong computer skills.
