The ExpressBanker is the primary point of contact for BOKF s consumer banking customers and is responsible for retaining and expanding customer relationships through telephone/video/e-mail contacts routed to the 24-Hour ExpressBank. Resolves problems, responds to inquiries and solicits new retail business from existing and prospective customers by offering bank products and services. Must handle inquiries and account sales for multiple BOKF banks, requiring knowledge of different bank product sets, pricing structures and services offered. This position has established performance standards and goals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Resolves a variety of simple to complex consumer banking problems for customers of all BOKF banks, may analyze information received from internal BOKF departments. Accepts and inputs stop payment requests on-line; processes requests for funds transfers, loan/line of credit payments, address changes and account research. Authorizes fee refunds. Provides interest rate, product and service fee, branch and bank-specific information as requested or needed.
- Discusses and identifies customers needs; sells a full range of consumer products and services such as deposit accounts, consumer loan products, and credit cards. Opens new deposit accounts and originates consumer loans.
- Demonstrates and models appropriate client contact skills, product knowledge and system skills.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

- General knowledge of consumer banking products, service and delivery systems
- Basic knowledge of bank operations, call center operations or retail sales/service environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills; effectively and courteously providing customer information, selling products, resolving issues, and gaining information by asking appropriate questions
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school and 2-3 years experience in financial services or customer service industry or equivalent educational experience.
