POSITION: Food and Beverage and Lodging Assistant Manager at Custer State Park, SD. Seasonal Job at $ 2500-3000 mo. with lodging and meals. Full time position opportunities available after season.

INTERESTS : Must be willing to relocate to picturesque Southern Black Hills region of Custer State Park near Custer, South Dakota. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work during summer tourist season approximately April 18 th through October 25th. Would like to offer full time position at other SD locations after season. Seeking person with prior restaurant supervisory experience. guest relations skills, superior people skills, high energy and quality service orientation. Must be able to hire and train staff. Must have skill level in: supervising dining room and bar standards and operations, labor scheduling and cost control, bar ordering and inventory control, some wine knowledge. Seeking candidates with previous hotel or resort front desk experience. Able to help operate, Hotel Front Desk POS system. Able to book room reservations. Need strong hands - on skills and leadership style. Need ability to be self-directed and to accomplish assigned tasks. Must have some knowledge of food safety practices.
