Job Description:

Conduct direct marketing campaigns, including email and tele-marketing initiatives with primary focus on Hospitality and Retail market segments

Conduct inside and outside sales activities with potential clients, implementing a strategic sales approach Develop proposals and quotations and follow up with clients through execution of signed contracts

Ensure proper flow of information to potential clients pertaining to services offered

Maintain CRM database and lead tracking tools of potential clients for future marketing initiatives

Research potential clients through provided market research databases and lead generation systems

Source competitive and market data upon which to base future sales decision

Develop short and long terms sales forecasts to achieve assigned sales goals

Provide input for monthly sales reporting and forecasting

Ad hoc projects assigned by Business Development Manager

Job Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or similar plus

2+ year s sales experience, with large regional and national client focus

2+ years experience maintaining a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Proven ability to meet and/or exceed established sales objectives

Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal

Intermediate computer and Microsoft (excel, word, power point) skills

Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently

Highly motivated and driven

Highly professional demeanor

Experience utilizing Salesforce & Pardot, a plus
