Responsibilities:
* As the Facets Applications quality analyst, you will be required to develop and implement processes and action plans that surface, characterize and address quality issues, both in production as well as during the development life-cycle.
* Basic duties will include managing development and production defects and ensuring that root causes are available for all incident/problem tickets.
* The quality analyst will also be responsible for driving the effort to develop and communicate action plans to identify and address key issues, and reporting status in weekly and monthly operational review meetings and dashboards.
* As the Facets Operate Quality Analyst, you will be interfacing with and coordinating activities across multiple Facets Operate functional groups and leading cross-functional teams.
* Other duties may include acting as a systems analyst in support of projects and service request work.
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years' experience managing problems and defects in a software development organization.
* Experiential knowledge of quality improvement processes, planning and policy development is preferred. Excellent oral and written skills are required to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
* Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams is a basic requirement.
* Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v6 or six-sigma is preferred but not required.
