* To provide prompt services to employees for a conducive working environment and making arrangements for various meetings/client visits at the assigned facility as per requirements.
* To manage vendors and to raise vendor invoice and close them appropriately in the system.
* To organize and co-ordinate for visits of client delegation as per requests.
* To organize the internal and external meetings as per logistics requirements.
* To resolve employee issues and escalations raised.
Facility Management, Project Support/Customer Satisfaction, Space Utilization, Purchasing/Procurement and Asset Management, Vendor Management, Client Visits, Government liaison, Security Compliance, Front Desk/Maintenance Admin Operations,
Client/Employee Visits, New Employee Processing, Any other duties as directed by Admin Head
