VHB is seeking an Office Move and Furniture System coordinator to join our corporate Facilities team in Watertown Massachusetts. This individual will be responsible for managing internal office moves and the workstation furniture system for VHB's offices across the east coast. The position will require travel, and a flexible work schedule, with occasional evenings and weekends. Knowledge of Haworth furniture system UniGroup Too is strongly encouraged.
Manage Office Moves (Office Relocations, Reconfigurations, and Consolidations) Coordinates and manages all aspects of office space modifications Produce and maintain schedule and detailed standard budget Coordinates and manages all furniture needs Produce furniture orders Coordinates and manages installation Coordinates and manages movers and other trade vendors Coordinates with Landlord and building management for loading dock and elevator access Coordinates tel/data with IT Dept. Manages updates of CAD plan
Manages Office Workstation Furniture and Equipment Detailed design and quantity take offs from architectural fit design Ordering Coordinating with vendor, delivery and storage Maintenance Manage maintenance issues and routinely upkeep integrity of furniture in all offices as needed Inventory Manage inventory of overstock furniture for all offices
