Job Description

This position offers you the opportunity to lead the operational initiatives of our corporate offices in Philadelphia and the Ewing Innovation Center in New Jersey. In this highly visible role, you will not only oversee the health, safety, security, environmental and operations management responsibilities of the two locations, but you will also lead the real estate management of both these locations, the Global Travel Program, National Fleet services and serve as the Global Records Retention manager. This is not your traditional operations position, but rather a high-profile role with global responsibility and strategic impact. You?ll be interacting and collaborating with senior executives on a daily basis, so comfort and experience working with leadership will be key here. To be a good fit for this opportunity you should have:



  • A bachelor's degree.


  • 10-15 years of experience in facilities operation management.


  • Excellent leadership, management and customer service skills.


  • Experience with global record retention, travel and real estate management is a plus.


  • Comfort and experience working with executives and senior management.


  • The ability to read people and respond appropriately.


  • Knowledge of global business.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including familiarity with MS Project and in-depth knowledge of Excel.


  • Familiarity with SAP.


  • Budget management experience.
