JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has regional responsibility for Schneider Electric sites in Texas, North America division.


* Facility and Energy Manager, this position is responsible for contract management with Schneider Electric Facilities Maintenance, Energy and their Partners. Responsibilities include Supplier Governance for Facilities Maintenance partner, employees and outside contractors in performance of all aspects of the facility maintenance to ensure that service level expectations are met for key stakeholders. Energy Management ensures that the requirements for ISO 50001 and Superior Energy Performance (MSE 50021) are met.



Additional responsibilities include:

* Provides long range planning, budgets, controls and capital expenditure planning.

* Identifies, plans, and implements Energy Conservation Measures to achieve the energy reduction goals for each site

* Provides regularly scheduled training to selected personnel in the areas of energy, environmental and security.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required with 3-5 years of experience in facilities management. Must have experience in energy management, building automation systems, security, HVAC, lighting systems, enterprise wide asset management. Candidate must be an effective communicator who is self-motivated and drives team work. Must be willing to relocate for future growth and development purposes. Travel approximately 40%.

Preferred:
Experience implementing and managing ISO 50001 and/or Superior Energy Performance (MSE 50021) certified Energy Management Systems. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Practioner in Energy Management Systems (CP-EnMS) qualifications or equivalent preferred.
