The Health and Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network. TheBusiness Analystworks with the client to implement sound change management, performance management, and business processes in the Intelligence Community. The analyst delivers proven management consulting practices to the organization by working with team leads and managers to offer analysis and guidance and demonstrate business results. Other responsibilities: * Conduct Business Process Reengineering. This includes: * Applying techniques to facilitate the discovery and documentation of inefficient business operations by analyzing processes and identifying performance gaps. * Providing recommendations and rationale to include time, labor and cost savings for initiatives to improve inefficient operations. * Outlining target solution and documenting recommendations and integration points (both functional and technical). * Developing action plans for process improvement and measuring performance. * Outlining business case, benefits, and rationale for key initiatives. * Provide performance reporting support to the Enterprise. This includes: * Creating metrics reports at varying levels throughout the Enterprise. * Highlighting issues, demonstrating trends, and providing analysis to facilitate management decision making. * Performing ad hoc data analysis to address specific issues when they arise. * Providing Siebel Analytics support to the performance management points of contact and other license holders throughout organization. * Develop communications vehicles for the Enterprise. This includes: * Verifying that program wide and regional level messages are clearly communicated. * Adhere to project work plan. * Work with team lead to resolve project issues and mitigate project risks as needed. Basic Qualifications: * Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance * Up to 1 yr of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency * Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills: * Information Technology Industry * Business Process Design and Development * Strong business acumen * Organization Development/Change Management and Communications * Strong written and oral communication skills Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
