The Health and Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network. TheRequirements Management Consultant Team Lead is responsible for the enterprise process development workstream and works as part of the overall team to implement a requirements management process for the organization as part of an enterprise transformation. o Works as team lead to design, implement, and refine an enterprise requirements management process for the organization o Responsible for delivering quality work products on time, on budget. o Analyze business needs, recommend, and implement improvements to processes and applications o Create supporting materials such as scope documents, client presentations, process documentation, training material, and performance measurements. o Work closely with the IT organizaitons internal and external stakeholders in support of the business process. o Execute the team project plan while adhering to Accenture methodologies. o Holds responsibility for their day to day activities, work products and deliverables as well as those of whom they may supervise. o Provide status to manager, noting business outcomes, milestones, risks and issues. Basic Qualifications: * TS/SCI Security Clearance * Bachelor's Degree * 3 years of consulting experience with IT operations * 2 years of Business Process experience * 2 years of Change Management experience Additional Preferred Skill Requirements: * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, word, excel, and visio) * Proficient in Lean Six Sigma techniques * Certified ITIL v3 Foundation * Proficient in project management Professional Skill Requirements: * Proficient in training delivery and meeting facilitation * Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Anticipate issues proactively and escalate to management as appropriate. * Ability to analyze and solve poorly defined problems to help advance Requirements Management for the overall organization * Strong organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
