The Marketing Department has a new position available for a Field Account Manager in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will be based in Ann Arbor, MI or Madison, WI and oversee account development, marketing and technical sales activities in a territory that includes Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana.

Primary Responsibilities:

Meet/exceed territory sales goals for the overall region, as well as specific account and product sales targets.
Work with the Marketing Department to create and implement a strategic business plan for the territory.
Develop, expand and maintain strong working relationships with accounts in given territory, including freezer programs, industrial accounts, research institutes and hospitals.
Identify and support new business opportunities including potential new OEM and freezer program customers.
Provide regular feedback on account development, sales growth, campaigns and competitive information.
Organize sales presentations, workshops and scientific seminars in the region as needed.
Provide feedback that contributes to product portfolio diversification.
Attend local and national trade shows.
Maintain a customer database with appropriate contacts.
Participate in training programs at NEB headquarters.
