FIELD MARKETING MANAGER (CHICAGO OR ATLANTA LOCATION)
At FCB Chicago, the Field Marketing Manager is the liaison between the agency and the client in the field, the bridge between the brand and creative execution, the communicator between the field, all the internal teams, and external resources, the champion of the agency, the team rallier when needed and the leader when opportunities arise. We are looking for someone who knows what it takes to build relationshipsnot just with the clients but with the internal team as well. This person understands a clients businesswhat levers drive the machineand finds the best place for the agency in that model.
All-knowing in the world of Retail / Shopper Marketing Always up on the latest online and offline trends and formats that may influence or intrigue the shopper (i.e., consumer and retailer insights, promotions, displays, packaging, store formats, digital extensions, etc.)
Consumer promotions and consumer electronics and/or packaged goods experience preferred
Able to thrive in an off-site work location Strong time management skills

Enthusiastic about business beyond marketing aspects
Collaborative leadership skills that encourage team cooperation and motivate relationship building
Self-confident in oral, written, strategic and analytical abilities
Strong, fully developed staff management and partnership abilities
Ability to provide big picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives
5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Responsible for merchandising and planogram compliance for all stores within Division up to 60% travel expected Visit all new stores prior to opening to set up all marketing tactics and merchandise the store according to planogram Train new store managers and associates on store planogram, planomap, and manager playbook
Communicate marketing updates via email and weekly calls
Primary point of contact for store managers for reordering marketing materials and troubleshooting digital experiences
Collaborate with internal team and print vendors to test print tactics and fixtures in stores prior to full store implementation
Coordinate store marketing refreshes with vendors and store managers
Coordinate and plan store events with event teams
Recommend and adopt more efficient ways to accomplish client goals
Utilize internal and external Agency resources to provide long-term, on-target solutions
Adopt a proactive approach to anticipating internal and external concerns, as well as being able to jump in reactively to address and remedy current situations
Report to a Field Account Director in the same Division
