You will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of routine on-site installation & customer training for Roche equipment, applications, &/or systems. You will also assist in creating increased sales revenue by identifying opportunities for new reagent channels.brbrThis role will enable you to use your specialized knowledge of systems & equipment & apply your advanced skills as you adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment & techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
